Who is this
guy writing the blog?????
When jumping into real estate with his escrow officer wife, Nancy, in 2005, he earned the "Rookie of the Year" award for selling the highest volume of real estate of any new agent in the company. He and his wife stunned the local real estate crowd by selling one of America's most unusual houses, the legendary "Boulder House," built out of a pile of rocks in North Scottsdale, for close to $ 5 million dollars. The sale was so unusual, it was covered by numerous newspaper articles in the Arizona Republic. Preston can be seen taking the local Fox News reporters through some of the most unusual homes on the market in the Phoenix area. Preston and Nancy are long-time residents of the unique Carefree and Cave Creek area that he writes about in this blog. They've used the spectacular setting for their Stay Alive, A Guide to Suvival in the Southwest Deserts DVD. That and their Stay Alive, mountain survival DVD were sold around the United States and even featured on Japanese television and the David Letterman Show.
Preston and Nancy work in Carefree at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, the largest Sotheby franchisee in the world. Thank you very much for reading our blog!
